Bursting Some Bubbles

A funny friend of mine was joking with me the other day about how she bets my kids never fight--and don't say they do and burst her bubble.

It struck a chord with me because I have been wanting to post about that very subject. So...sorry if I burst anyone's bubble, but the truth needs to come out.

We are not a perfect family.
hahahahahahaha
Yeah, I know. It's a shocking newsflash.

I feel kind of bad that I don't post the stories about how my kids fight, or disobey, or how I (gasp) lose my temper and yell at everyone, because the blog gives a pretty one-sided peek into our lives.

I just figured you didn't want to read a post about that kind of stuff. You know, like today I listened to the little kids say,

"Stop copying me!"
"You naughty. I telling Mom 'bout dat."
"No..YOU naughty."
"Stop copying me!"
"YOU stop copying ME!" (ad nauseum)
"Stop dat! I telling on you."

And don't forget to stamp your feet and throw a fit.

Some days, I figure if I can't beat them, I'll try joining them. It's generally a bad idea. I'm not as cute as they are when they stomp their feet.
